Overview

The 12 Days / 11 Nights Panch Kedar Yatra is a spiritually enriching Himalayan journey covering the five sacred forms of Lord Shiva across the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand. Beginning from Haridwar, the journey takes you through Guptkashi and Kedarnath before continuing towards the sacred Madhyamaheshwar Temple. The route then leads to Chopta, where you trek to Tungnath Temple with an optional climb towards Chandrashila. From Sagar Village, the pilgrimage continues through the scenic high-altitude meadows of Panar Bugyal towards Rudranath Temple, followed by the final visit to Kalpeshwar Temple in Urgam Valley. Along the way, travellers experience challenging Himalayan treks, peaceful forests, alpine meadows, mountain villages and spiritually significant temples. The journey combines long mountain drives with trekking sections, making it an immersive pilgrimage through some of the most scenic landscapes of the Garhwal Himalayas. With stays at Guptkashi, Kedarnath, Gaundar, Madhyamaheshwar, Ransi, Chopta, Sagar, Panar Bugyal and Urgam/Helang, the itinerary offers a complete Panch Kedar experience from Haridwar and concludes back at Haridwar.
