Since GetGoTrip provides digital travel booking services, there is no physical product shipping involved.

  1. Ticket Delivery
    All tickets, hotel vouchers, or booking confirmations will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of successful payment.
  2. Non-Delivery
    If you do not receive your booking confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team immediately at info@getgotrip.com.
  3. Incorrect Information
    Please make sure your email ID and contact details are correct during checkout. GetGoTrip will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information.
